A Fellow gets free KYE Learn™ access, a real Bronze certification, governed contributions credited to their name, and a public Directory™ listing. Why this program exists
The next decade of AI authority should be defined by more than the people who could already afford the tooling.
- Equity, not charity. Fellows do real, credited work that strengthens the open standard — framework mappings, glossary translations, worked examples. You are a contributor, not a recipient.

The becoming-a-Fellow journey
Six steps, each a real surface or action you can complete yourself — Discover, Apply, Onboard, Contribute, Recognized, Advance.
- 1. Discover — is this for you? The program is for women in AI, practitioners from minority and under-represented groups, and AI builders in developing countries. Eligibility is self-declared and honest at application; if that is you, you qualify to apply.
- 2. Apply — free, eligibility-gated. Application is a Universal Engagement Rail intake with no fee and no SKU. Start your free application → — the same governed intake every KYE™ engagement uses, reviewed against the self-declared eligibility. Reviews typically take a few business days.
- 3. Onboard — free Learn™ + Bronze track. On approval you get free KYE Learn™ access and start the Bronze certification track. The introductory material takes a few hours; the Bronze track is self-paced over days, not weeks.
- 4. Contribute — governed and credited. You make real, attributed contributions through KYE™'s own governed flow: open framework mappings, glossary translations into your first language, and worked examples. Each merged contribution carries an Evidence Pack™ entry crediting you — the program dogfoods KYE Protocol™'s own authority and evidence model.
- 5. Recognized — Directory™ listing + certificate. A certified Fellow earns a real Bronze certificate and a public Directory™ listing as a KYE Authority Fellow™, so your credential is verifiable by anyone — not a private badge.
- 6. Advance — Bronze to Silver to Gold. Keep contributing and you advance Bronze → Silver → Gold. Gold Fellows lead local workshops, widening the community in their own region. Advancement is earned through evidenced contribution, never bought.
What a Fellow gets — and what we will not promise
We are deliberately honest about scope so there are no surprises.
- You get a real certificate. Bronze, Silver, and Gold are real KYE™ certifications on the same exam-integrity controls our certified trainers use — not a participation token.
- You get credited work. Every contribution you make is attributed to you and carries an Evidence Pack™ entry, so your portfolio is provable.
- You get public recognition. A Directory™ listing as a Fellow, verifiable by employers, peers, and regulators.
- We will not promise a job. This is a credential and a community, not a placement service. We say so plainly because honesty is the whole point of a protocol about provable authority.
