The KYE Design Partner™ Program is a paid, invite-only cohort of early enterprise customers who co-design real governed workflows with KYE Protocol™. You get a price-locked founding discount and a direct line into the roadmap; in exchange you commit to genuine co-design and grant reference and logo rights. It is a founding-customer relationship — not a free trial, and not the Foundry. You help shape how every consequential AI action gets proven, and you lock in a founder’s rate while you do it.
Three founding tiers
Each tier is a paid founding-customer seat in a capped cohort — meeting the customer profile qualifies a regulated enterprise to apply, but the cohort is small and admission is application-reviewed through the same Universal Engagement Rail every KYE Protocol™ engagement uses. The exact founding and list prices are confirmed with you during your application; every founding price is a genuine, price-locked discount off the standard list price.

What you give — and what you get
A KYE Design Partner™ is a two-way founding-customer relationship, and we are deliberately honest about both sides so there are no surprises.
- You pay a real, discounted, price-locked rate. The founding price is a genuine discount off the standard list price for your tier, and it is contractually locked for the price-lock window. This is a paid program — the KYE Design Partner™ Program grants no free credits. (Looking for credits? That is the separate KYE for Startups™ program.)
- You commit to genuine co-design. You and your team work with KYE Protocol™ at your tier’s cadence to co-design real governed workflows on a live, evidence-emitting deployment. That working commitment is the substance of the program, not marketing.
- You grant reference and logo rights. As a founding customer you let KYE Protocol™ cite you as a reference and show your logo. These rights are a contractual exchange you grant — withdrawable, never auto-assumed, and never a substitute for the founding discount.
- You get roadmap influence and founder access. Your co-design input feeds a defined roadmap process (influence over direction, never a guarantee a specific feature ships), and you get direct working access to the KYE Protocol™ founders and core team for your term.
- You prove every consequential action from day one. You run KYE Protocol™ the way it is meant to be run — Evidence Pack™ sealing, Replay-Proof™ a regulator can verify from your published keys, and audit-chain WORM appends on every governed AI action.
Design Partner, not Foundry partner
Two different programs for two different parties — we keep the line clear so you apply to the right one.
- KYE Design Partner™ (this program). You are an early enterprise customer co-designing KYE Protocol™’s core product for founding-customer terms. You are governing your own consequential AI actions and helping shape the platform.
- KYE Sector Pack Foundry™ (a different program). A Foundry partner is an expert partner productising their own governance-framework IP through KYE Protocol™ for a revenue-share. That is about packaging someone else’s expertise into a sellable Pack — not co-designing the core. If that is you, head to partners.
How to apply

- 1. Apply. Start your application → and tell us your sector, the governed workflows you want to co-design, and your timeline.
- 2. Review. We review your fit against the cohort and confirm your tier, founding price, and co-design cadence with you. Because the cohorts are capped, applying early matters.
- 3. Co-design. On admission your founding rate locks, your tenant is provisioned, and the co-design work begins. With your consent, you are listed as a KYE Protocol™ adopter in the public directory.
