Foundry application — 11 canonical questions
Every Foundry application captures the same 11 questions, in the same order, on every channel. Question removal is forbidden except by a constitution amendment. Tier fee schedules and the revenue split are dictated by KYE™ — they are not surfaced for partner self-selection, so no pricing appears on this form. Submitting a partial form is acceptable for an expression of interest; we will route partial submissions to a discovery call rather than the Scout queue.
