A consultant is the implementation specialist who maps a customer's AI-agent workflows, designs the authority + purpose model, ships the integration, and trains the customer team. This brief explains what we expect, what we provide, and how the certification ladder works.
What a KYE Consultant™ delivers
- Operating Model assessment — map the customer's agent workflows, identify the authority + purpose model, surface critical-action types.
- Reference-Gateway integration — plug KYE™ into the customer's runtime; wire the seven canonical engines (Entity, Authority, Purpose, State, Rules, Decision, Evidence).
- Sector policy pack selection — pick the right combination from 49 sector packs (banking, healthcare, payments, …) and 57 rule packs.
- Conformance run — execute the 133-fixture conformance pack against the customer's deployment; sign the report.
- Customer-team training — get the customer's runtime + compliance teams self-sufficient.
- Signed Evidence Pack™ delivery — at engagement close, deliver a sealed evidence pack the customer's auditors can replay offline.

Engagement model
- Consultants engage with KYE Protocol™ customers directly, on the consultant's own paper. KYE Protocol™ does not place consultants nor route commercial.
- KYE Protocol™ project lists certified consultants in the public Consultant Marketplace™ (/marketplace/consultants.html).
- Consultants who deliver a paying customer engagement receive a Consultant Card™ (signed envelope) in their KYE Cloud™ tenant.
- The Consultant Marketplace™ ranks by signed delivery evidence. The structural property that prevents pay-to-rank is part of the patent track and is not disclosed in this repository.
How to apply
Submit your interest via the consultant lead form. We review every application and reply within 2 business days. After approval you receive (a) credentials for the KYE Cloud™ consultant tenant, (b) a Consultant Card™ template, and (c) onboarding into the Consultant Marketplace™.
